Looking Ahead – Final Reflections Introduction My internship at India Nippon Electricals Ltd. (INEL), Hosur, has been one of the most valuable learning experiences of my academic journey. It provided me with an opportunity to step beyond classroom learning and gain practical exposure to industrial manufacturing, quality systems, and professional workplace practices.
